Your labs are normal.

Your doctor says you're fine.

You haven't felt like yourself in months.

The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The 3am wake-ups. The brain fog that makes you lose your words halfway through a sentence. The anxiety or irritability that seems to have appeared from nowhere. The weight that suddenly sits differently on your body.

You know something has changed.

And perhaps you've already tried to fix it — supplements, eating better, exercising more, magnesium, researching your hormones, maybe even HRT — yet you still don't feel like you.

You don't need another list of things to try. You need someone to look at the whole picture and help you understand what your body actually needs.

I want to understand what's going on →

YOU'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING RIGHT.

SO WHY DO YOU STILL FEEL LIKE THIS?

You've been to the doctor. Maybe you've had the blood tests and been told everything looks fine.

So you started trying to fix it yourself.

You bought the magnesium. Changed your diet. Cut back on sugar. Tried to exercise more. Read about cortisol, oestrogen and progesterone. Saved countless posts about perimenopause. Maybe you've tried herbs, supplements or HRT.

And some things may have helped.

But you still don't feel consistently well.

You still wake up exhausted after a full night's sleep — or find yourself wide awake at 3am.

You walk into a room and forget why you're there. Lose your train of thought halfway through a meeting. Snap at your partner or your children and wonder afterwards, where did that come from?

Your body feels different. Your energy is unpredictable. Things that used to work for you don't seem to work anymore.

And underneath all of it is the question I hear from women again and again:

“Why don't I feel like myself anymore?”

The problem isn't that you haven't tried hard enough.

The problem is that nobody has stepped back and looked at your whole picture yet.

Yes, this is me — show me where to start

Most hormone advice starts with the symptom.

I start with the woman experiencing it.

Two women can come to me with the same 3am waking, exhaustion, brain fog or weight changes — and need completely different support.

Because your hormones don't exist in isolation.

Your sleep matters. Your cycle matters. Your nutrition and blood sugar matter. Your stress load and nervous system matter. Your digestion matters. Your nutrient status matters. Your medications and HRT matter. Your health history matters.

That's why I don't start by handing you a supplement list or a generic “hormone-balancing” protocol.

I start by looking at the whole picture.

Then we identify what deserves attention first, what may be contributing to your symptoms, what doesn't need changing at all — and what should be investigated further with your doctor.

From there, I build your support in layers, using nutrition, lifestyle, botanical medicine and targeted supplementation where appropriate.

Not more guesswork.

Not more trying everything at once.

A clear order of what to do next — built around you.

I know what it's like to be told everything looks fine when you know it doesn't feel fine.

I'm Aleksandra Ostowska-Wiwer

Clinical Herbalist, Naturopath, IWH Certified Menopause Coach, and BSc Biology graduate.

My approach sits at the intersection of female physiology, botanical medicine and personalised support.

But my interest in women's hormonal health didn't begin with a qualification.

As a teenager, I experienced hormonal symptoms that affected my energy, mood and everyday life — while being told that everything was normal. Years later, I experienced hormonal disruption again, and this time I had the scientific and clinical knowledge to start asking different questions.

That experience shaped the way I work today.

I don't believe a woman should have to become her own hormone detective just to feel heard.

When I work with you, I'm not looking at one hormone or one symptom in isolation. I'm looking for patterns across your symptoms, cycle, sleep, nutrition, stress, digestion, health history, medications, supplements and available blood results.

Sometimes that means botanical or nutritional support. Sometimes it means changing the order in which we're addressing things. And sometimes it means recognising that something needs to be investigated further with your doctor.

The goal isn't to force your body into a generic idea of “balance”.

It's to help you understand your body, know what deserves your attention, and finally have a clear way forward.

I've now supported over 400 women through their hormonal health journeys.

And again and again, what women tell me they valued most wasn't simply being given another protocol.

It was finally feeling that someone had looked at the whole picture.

This isn't about becoming a “perfectly balanced” version of yourself.

It's about feeling like you can trust yourself again.

Imagine waking up and actually feeling rested.

Having enough energy to get through your working day and still have something left for your family — or yourself — afterwards.

Sitting in a meeting without worrying that you'll lose your train of thought halfway through a sentence.

Understanding what your body is doing instead of wondering every week which symptom will appear next.

Knowing which habits, foods, herbs or supplements are actually relevant to you — and being able to stop spending money on everything else.

Feeling calmer in your body. More present in your relationships. More confident making decisions about your health.

And perhaps, one day, catching yourself doing something completely ordinary and realising:

“I feel like me again.”

That's what we're working towards.

Not chasing every symptom.

Helping you understand your body well enough that you no longer feel like you're fighting it.

You don't need to try more things.

You need to know which things actually make sense for you.

 THE 8-WEEK PERSONALISED HORMONE PROTOCOL

Best for you if: you want an expert to analyse your whole picture, identify your priorities and build you a clear plan — but you don't need daily coaching.

You begin with an in-depth intake covering your symptoms, cycle, health history, sleep, stress, digestion, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, HRT and current supplements, alongside relevant blood results where available.

Then I do the part you've probably been trying to do alone:

I connect the dots.

You'll receive a personalised analysis explaining the patterns I see, what may be contributing to the way you feel, what I believe deserves attention first, and what — if anything — should be discussed or investigated further with your doctor.

From there, I build your personalised 8-week plan.

Depending on your individual picture, this may include:

- botanical medicine

- targeted supplements where appropriate

- nutrition and blood-sugar support

- sleep and nervous-system strategies

- movement and recovery

- cycle-specific support

- practical changes to the things you're already doing

But importantly:

you won't receive everything simply because it exists.

The goal is to give your body the right support, in the right order, without overwhelming you with another twenty things to do.

Throughout the eight weeks, you can email me with questions and updates so we can see how your body is responding.

At the end, we review what has changed and I create your next-step plan so you're not left wondering:

“What do I do now?”

Some bodies don't need another fixed plan.

They need someone to stay with them while things change.

3-MONTH PERSONALISED HORMONE COACHING

Best for you if: your symptoms are complex, you've already tried multiple approaches, you're taking HRT or other medication, or you want closer support while we learn how your body responds.

We begin with the same detailed whole-picture assessment.

I analyse your symptoms, history, cycle, sleep, stress, digestion, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, supplements and available blood results and create your first personalised plan.

But we don't assume that the first plan will be the last one.

Your body gives us information as we go.

What happens to your sleep? Your energy? Your cycle? Your mood? Your digestion? Which symptoms shift first — and which don't?

Every month, I review your progress and adjust your protocol based on what your body is actually showing us.

You also have ongoing access to me via email and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday, so when something changes, you're not left alone wondering whether to stop, continue or change everything.

Over three months we can work in layers rather than trying to fix everything at once.

This is the option for the woman who doesn't just want a protocol.

She wants someone in her corner while she figures her body out.

At the end of our three months together, you'll receive your personalised long-term plan based not only on where you started — but on what we've actually learned about you.

Over 400 women supported. No two women receive the same plan.

Real Women. Real Results.

Over 400 women supported. Here is what some of them have to say.

"I came to you feeling like a stranger in my own body. I had been pushing through for so long that I had forgotten what it actually feels like to feel well. What changed everything was not just the herbs or the protocols it was finally understanding why I felt the way I did. No one had ever taken the time to explain the whole picture to me before. My PMS is so much calmer. My energy feels steady. I wake up actually feeling rested. But honestly, the biggest shift is that I feel in control of my body again. You gave me myself back."

— Martha Portman

"My haemoglobin is now 13.1 , last time it was 10.4. For the past few weeks I have finally been getting proper sleep, I feel rested, and during my last period I was even able to go on a trip with my family."

- Sussie Murray

What does another year of this actually cost?

Not in dollars. Not in pounds.

In the dinner you sat through last month without really being present. In the holiday you planned for months but spent too exhausted to enjoy. In the plans you've started cancelling because you simply don't have enough left in you.

In snapping at your partner or your children — and feeling awful afterwards because that doesn't feel like you.

In the meeting where you lost the thread of what someone had just said and smiled through it, while quietly wondering what has happened to your brain.

In going to bed exhausted and waking up exhausted. In looking at your body and wondering why everything that used to work suddenly doesn't.

In all the energy you're spending simply pushing through.

You've been doing this for months. Maybe years.

But the version of you who laughs easily, thinks clearly, has energy for the people she loves and feels at home in her own body — she isn't gone.

She may simply need the right support to find her way forward.
